Role Description


As a Business Development Executive, you will drive business growth and expand our customer base by conducting powerful market research, generating leads, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business strategy. With a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and very good design skills, you will develop and execute sales strategies, emphasizing the importance of powerful research and presentations.

Responsibilities


  • Research and identify potential clients in target markets, industries, and regions. Develop and implement strategies to engage with prospects and generate new business opportunities.
  • Preparing & writing research strategies about potential clients in different international markets
  • Creating visually compelling templates and designing engaging pitches and proposals that align with brand standards.
  • Present our range of digital media services to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition and benefits.
  • Building and implementing processes and guidelines for day-to-day commercial activities
  • Managing the day-to-day needs of the current projects we have.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing strategies and proposals. Close deals and achieve sales targets within designated timelines.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent work experience in a business development role.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and devise effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to build rapport and effectively resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent research skills to gather and analyze market trends, competitor data, and industry insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite as well as design tools such as Canva, Keynote, and G-slides.
