Job Summary


Empower your career as a Senior IT Business Systems Administrator, where you'll redefine business processes and drive cutting-edge enhancements in sales, marketing automation, CRM, and CPQ systems. The Senior IT Business Systems Administrator defines and refines business processes and systems. They take charge of implementing business system enhancements in sales and marketing automation, customer relationship management, and CPQ. Furthermore, the role acts as a liaison between IT and ML business departments, determining technical parameters, project timelines, and potential business impacts to requested enhancements or process changes.

Additionally, the Senior IT Business Systems Administrator assumes responsibility for overseeing all internal and external IT operations, managing IT infrastructure, and safeguarding company data. This role encompasses the oversight of software utilization and ensures its compliance with organizational needs.

Responsibilities


-Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement.-Collaborate with product owners, architects, analysts, and stakeholders to develop technical roadmaps and sprint/release plans.-Perform configurations and conduct data analysis, leveraging extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM.-Lead a team of analysts and developers through the Agile software development lifecycle.-Utilize technical expertise to design, develop, test, document, and deploy optimized business solutions.-Facilitate solution reviews and obtain sign-off from various business stakeholders.-Work closely with business stakeholders to resolve production support issues related to business applications.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related field-4-6 years of Salesforce experience as an administrator -3+ years of experience with managing work within Agile frameworks and/or Scrum Master or similar project management roles -Experience working in SaaS/Software industry.-Ability to process analytically with strong data-driven skills.- Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills.MeridianLink has a wonderful culture where people value the work they do and appreciate each other for their contributions.

Salary range of $94,500 - $133,400. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
