Job Description:
The Senior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for guiding the design of intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products, including but not limited to websites and web apps. This role encompasses both strategic and hands-on work, leading the design process from ideation through to implementation. The ideal candidate will combine creative vision with a deep understanding of user behavior to deliver designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business objectives. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and advocating for user-centered design principles across the organization.Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX/UI design for the web application, ensuring a cohesive and user-centric design strategy.
- Conduct user research and usability studies to inform design decisions.
- Create the design strategy for the brand to take it to the next level of user experience and visual identity.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to explore and convey design solutions.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to bring designs to life, ensuring a high level of quality in the final product.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure product consistency across multiple platforms.
- Stay abreast of UX/UI trends and incorporate new and innovative design approaches into the product strategy.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in the field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a track record of leading design projects from concept to completion.
- Stakeholders management.
- Strong portfolio of design projects that showcase deep UX/UI knowledge.
- Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Latam-based.
Soft skills:
- Strong creativity with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented.
Bonus skills:
- Experience with a similar industry to adoption is a big plus (or at least, non-profit organizations).
- Experience with user experience on different platforms (web, mobile) is a plus.
