Position Summary
:Day-to-day OpenInvoice, EnergyLink and SAP issue resolutions and project related tasks to create efficiencies in business processes and accounting systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Administrative and configuration support and maintenance of existing accounting systems.•Maintain, enhance, and provide support for accounting applications, custom enhancements and integrations based on business requirements.•Multi-task between projects and applications and manage multiple priorities, while meeting deadlines.•Responsible for creating and maintaining User Access, Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers and Authorizations for Expenditure within OpenInvoice.•Support and guidance integrating acquisition of assets to SAP.•Strictly adhere to SOX and IT audit policies, guidelines, and procedures.
This position will be responsible for audit requests from our internal and external audit teams.•Technical and configuration support and maintenance of existing SAP modules, including FI/CO/PS/AM/MM/JVA/PRA, accounting software interfaces, and data integrations.•Creating ad-hoc reports requested from the business both in SAP and OpenInvoice.

Preferred:
•Experience maintaining and supporting OpenInvoice, SAP or EnergyLink systems•Experience working in Upstream Oil and Gas industry a plus•Experience working in both support and project capacities
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in MIS, EMIS or Business related degree
