We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers in deploying our Detect solution. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and infrastructure knowledge. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring successful implementation and integration of Resemble's Detect technology within our clients' environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with customers to deploy, integrate, and optimize the Detect solution
Collaborate with internal teams to customize and tailor the Detect platform to meet specific client needs
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in customer environments
Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the implementation process
Develop and maintain documentation for deployment processes and best practices
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our deployment methodologies and tools
Act as a bridge between customers and Resemble's product development team
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role or as a solutions engineer
Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Ruby, JavaScript)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and deployments is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with voice AI or audio processing technologies
Knowledge of security best practices for AI deployments
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
