Job Summary:
As a member of the People Operations team, you will be responsible for administrative HR functions, including payroll, benefits, and HRIS upkeep.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Process company payroll· Handle benefits administration, including open enrollment, special enrollment, and employee changes and requests along the way· Administer MI New Jobs Training Program by ensuring accuracy of records and reporting requirements· Handle multi-state business registration· Support with 401(k) administration· Stay abreast of latest regulations and trends that impact payroll and benefits· Represent Airspace Link at Recruiting events· Collaborate well internally and externally with various stakeholders· Manage organization’s information security as defined by the system, including deploying and maintaining relevant information security controls · Other duties as necessary
