About The Role: As a Product Market Research Coordinator at Rev.io, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products by coordinating our Client Advisory Councils, Client Focus Groups, and performing other market research activity. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and synthesize client feedback to inform product development and enhancement strategies. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of client engagement techniques. You will be expected to attain an understanding of our client cohorts.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate (and eventually Lead) Client Focus Groups: Develop and manage focus groups to test new concepts and gather detailed feedback on current products and feature enhancements.
- Coordinate (and eventually Own) Client Advisory Councils: Organize and facilitate regular meetings with key clients to discuss product performance, gather feedback on user experience, and validate new ideas.
- Feedback Analysis: Synthesize feedback from various sources and provide actionable insights to the product management and development teams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring that client voices are heard and considered in product roadmap decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on client feedback trends, satisfaction levels, and the impact of changes implemented based on feedback.
- Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of strategies for product improvements and innovations based on client insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align client feedback with business goals and product strategies.
- Market research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs, and integrate these insights into the product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in client service, client success, or a similar role in a client-facing position
- Proven ability to organize and facilitate group discussions and workshops.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate client feedback into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Market research interest and experience.
- Ability to cross-function with numerous departments including Product, Solution Analysts, Sales, and Marketing.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with product management or in a product-focused environment.
- Background in Professional Services Automation tools and/or Enterprise software.
- Certification in Client Experience, Market Research, and/or Product Management.
- Experience or interest in AI tools for increasing process efficiency.
- Experience or interest in competitive analysis.
