The SEO Content Writer (Contract) will be responsible for creating high-quality, SEO-optimized content for organic search in a broad range of industries. This includes conducting keyword research, writing engaging and relevant copy, and optimizing content for search engine rankings.In this role, you will:
- Conduct keyword research and identify target keywords
- Write SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and social media
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, spelling, and clarity
- Optimize content for search engine rankings, including meta tags, headlines, and keyword density
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with client goals and brand guidelines
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO content writing
- Online portfolio or writing samples showcasing SEO-optimized content
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Proficiency in keyword research tools
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience with content management systems and related tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy
