This role: A Day and week in the life…
- Full life cycle recruiting including source, screen, interview candidates, offer negotiation and pre-employment.
- Analytics and reporting of recruitment metrics to meet targeted expectations around time to fill and sourcing metrics.
- Coordination and attending volunteer events within the community and related in office activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations, to enhance candidate pipelines.
- Additional projects and responsibilities based on experience including role descriptions, diversity initiatives, employment verification, and unemployment.
This role: You will be successful in this role if you have…
- 3+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting with demonstrated success in meeting hiring metrics.
- Understanding of state level compliance requirements and labor laws for job postings, job descriptions and hiring
- Experience working with automation tools, such as ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with immigration is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
