Warmly is changing the way B2B company’s leverage high intent and chat when it comes to their inbound and outbound sales motion.About the role:As the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) you’ll be reporting to the Manager of Sales. We are looking for driven and talented sales professionals to join our company. Our team is full of motivated and authentic individuals with an interest in a B2B SaaS sales career. You will coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations. You are comfortable with going outside your comfort zone and love challenges.

This position is remote.Warmly is searching for high-energy Inside Sales Representative (SMB Account Executive) who will be full cycle and work the small business segment. You will be qualifying inbound and keeping the small business deals for yourself, while passing on the larger opportunities to the Account Executive team. You will also be expected to source your own outbound deals. You will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. Account Executives may also assist in developing sales strategies and improving processes.

Primary Duties



  • Working daily in HubSpot CRM, Outreach and being able to run Zoom calls

  • Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.

  • Qualifying inbound leads and prospecting new prospects.

  • Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.

  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of Warmly to prospective buyers.

  • Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.

  • Developing sales strategies and best practices.

  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.

  • Maintaining and updating HubSpot/ Outreach.

  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.

  • Handling prospect concerns and negotiations.

  • Hitting individual goals while being a solid team player. We are huge on a team mentality here at Warmly.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales experience

  • 1-2 years of sales development experience with SaaS - We expect you to book your own meetings. You will not have an SDR team supporting your pipeline.

  • Knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.

  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.

  • Strong time management and prospecting skills

  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce and Outreach (or similar platforms).

  • Willingness to travel to conferences.

  • Be adaptable.

Compensation:


Base is $55,000-$65,000 Depending On Experience. Opportunity To Earn is $120,000+.
