WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our product pod is made up of a multi-disciplinary team of specialized T-shape designers, BAs, Program Managers, Product Managers, Data Engineers who care deeply about the people who use our products. We play an integral part in gathering insights about product user needs, attitudes, emotions, and behaviors to inspire and inform design.As a UX Designer, you will play a critical role in creating useful, usable, and delightful products working with stakeholders across functions and levels, you/your work will impact at all stages of product development.
You’ll explore user behaviors and motivations being part of all research, design, development, review and release phase.As a Tresata UXer, you will perform:
- User Research: Assist in conducting user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviours.
- Persona Development: Support in creating user personas based on research data to guide design decisions.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma
- User Flows and Information Architecture: Assist in designing user flows and information architecture for intuitive navigation and user-friendly interfaces.
- Usability Testing: Help plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and make design improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Design Systems: Contribute to maintaining the design system to ensure consistency across all user interfaces.
- Accessibility: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and are usable by all users, including those with disabilities.
- Iteration: Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, user data, and changing requirements.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing UX design projects.
- Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
- Research Skills: Basic understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Communication: Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centered design approach.
- Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and a passion for creating excellent user experiences.
