About The Role


This pivotal role will drive our go-to-market strategy, ensuring our product development aligns with market needs. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll not only handle traditional Product Manager responsibilities but also get to support broader marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in both digital and product marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is eager to build and shape marketing processes from the ground up.

  • Developing a Go-to-Market Strategy: Craft and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product and feature launches and updates, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Create clear, compelling and differentiated product positioning, and messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives demand.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform product development, marketing strategies and sales enablement.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and leverage customer insights to refine product offerings and marketing strategies, ensuring our products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with co-founders, Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and other teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and product launches.
  • Customer Activation (First Milestone): Together with the cross-functional leadership team increase the activation and adoption of a currently existing user base.
  • Demand Generation (Second Milestone): Partner with this team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and conversions.
  • Wearing Various Marketing Hats: As we are a small, flexible and agile team, we would love you to be excited about “doing whatever it takes” on the marketing side to move the needle. That would require “stepping out of the Product Marketing zone” at times and getting involved with other marketing-related activities, such as branding, marketing operations, social media, etc.

  • Must have:
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and manage various tasks simultaneously
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving market adoption
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market data into actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
  • Nice to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in HubSpot
