Live events are back, and we are busier than ever! Due to massive growth, we are looking to add Part-Time Contractors to our Events Marketing team.
- Ideally, we target contractors in the $65-75/hr. range.
- This job can be done from anywhere in the US.
- Expected hours are 15-20 hours per week
- Must be available during normal business hours. This is not a moonlight position.
What We’re Looking For:
• Highly detail-oriented• A proficient project manager who creates and abides by timelines• A strong communicator, both written and verbal• A marketer who can think critically about messaging and how best to deliver messages• Experience in a marketing role; determining messaging, creating campaigns and executing the plan• Proven work experience as an email marketing manager using platforms such HubSpot, Dotdigital or Marketo• Basic hands-on experience with HTML code is required• Proficiency in marketing automation technology• Familiarity with analytical and database tools• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills• Strong proofreading skills to review clarity, grammar, and spelling• Strong project management skills• An ability to work under tight deadlines
What You’ll Do:
• Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to manage the client's email marketing program across multiple events and year-round content initiatives, including management of the email calendar• Manage email production and marketing campaigns from conception to completion with key stakeholders• Act as project manager for the production of emails, abiding by timelines and distributing assets from agency partner to programmers, checking for accuracy and messaging continuity• Work with programmers to develop emails and landing pages across various marketing programs• Document/standardize processes for client deliverables• Develop and manage timelines• Communicate priorities and activities with various cross-functional team members to ensure projects are seamlessly and effectively executed• Develop and implement nurture campaigns in support of lead acquisition and re-engagement programs• Support and manage A/B testing plans• Work with internal stakeholders to manage email lists as neededNth Degree is an equal opportunity employer committed to equal consideration for all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
