Raptive is seeking a Director of Ad Operations to report to Raptive’s Vice President of Ad Operations. You will work closely with members of the Direct Sales, Programmatic Sales, and Affiliate Sales teams. You will oversee ad managers/traffickers and work in GAM, Placements.io, Xandr, Celtra, and other systems.What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the right-hand person to the head of Ad Operations, handling a variety of meaningful projects from early ideation to successful completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with the Direct, Programmatic, and Affiliate Sales teams, ensuring the successful delivery and KPI optimization of associated campaigns.
  • Manage a team of traffickers while being hands-on in setting up, QAing, monitoring, optimizing, and managing discrepancies in campaigns.
  • Lead the development of standard operating procedures, workflows, and documentation for all relevant activities.
  • Assist with the management and administration of GAM, Placements.io, and Xandr.
  • Guide the implementation and monitoring of the Programmatic Operations team’s tasks in GAM related to header-bidding partners.

The skills and experience you bring to the job:

  • 7+ years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, or a related field.
  • Ability to work well under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets is required.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript, and Sigma is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, operations science, or a related field.

The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities.
