We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, coding, testing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with our business needs. In this role, you will help the team discover creative and sustainable ways to solve business challenges and improve our software capabilities and functionality for our business stakeholders.
You will contribute your expertise in primarily assisting end users on the features centered around the Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud and Partner, Customer Community..

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce solution development.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience directly with Salesforce CPQ and Order.
- Management deep understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud), including Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
- Experience configuration experience using the Salesforce point-and-click application administration interface, and understanding of the object/data models.
- Extensive experience working with APIs and integrating systems, including BOOMI and/or Mulesoft.
- Ability to perform automated testing and write unit tests.
- Experience in CICD pipeline usage and management (Gearset/Flosum).
- Experience with Java, Python, or other object-oriented languages and related frameworks is advantageous.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (min. B2 level).
- Experience in working in small remote teams and with version control systems (and if that’s Git, even better!)
- Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Jira, Rally or Agile Accelerator.
- High-level troubleshooting skills to address and resolve issues effectively.
- Self-starter that prides themselves on quality deliverables.
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
- Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives.
- Build and maintain, document, custom Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop and maintain Visualforce pages, Apex classes, triggers, workflows, and other Salesforce components.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and other Salesforce data structures.
- Customize and extend Salesforce using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning App Builder.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services.
- Perform data migrations and data quality management tasks in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with administrators to ensure system stability, security, and scalability.
- Execute test plans and build automated test plans to ensure quality delivery.
- Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews ensure appropriate design patterns are followed
- Follow Salesforce/SpotOn best practices, ensuring code documentation.
- Lead troubleshooting sessions, and resolve any issues encountered during development or implementation with your peers.
- Absorb new product and technical capabilities from Salesforce during new product releases and acquisitions.
