This role: A day and week in the life…
- Drive 2-3x growth in our Association Chapter Performance market with a trailblazing product by understanding how to position Billhighway to key decision-makers and drive a sense of urgency to adopt.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads in the non-profit association community through proactive networking and relationship building with associations and consultancy groups.
- Proactively partner with colleagues across the business to drive sales process to meet and exceed quota.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product, marketing, and downstream client experience initiatives to support continuous improvement and positive client outcomes, maximizing sales and adoption.
This role: You will be successful in this role if you…
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial, goal-oriented stream of success, having met and exceeded quota in an independent, growth sales environment; equity owned environment a plus.
- Are a great team player and sales leader, leveraging a rigorous sales process rigor and knowing when to pull in colleagues at the appropriate time to help answer questions and remove hurdles.
- Exhibit a strong executive presence, having worked with C-level decision makers to align with their organizational priorities while driving a sense of urgency with executive teams and board members.
- Have a BA/BS degree with 5-8 years’ relevant sales experience; nonprofit industry experience a plus.
- Willing to travel, as required up to 25% to prospects, customers, or marketing events (weekend travel may be required)
