HR Systems Analyst - Term Employment

TLNT Bridge Recruiting is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to support our enterprise client’s HR technology vision. The ideal candidate will step in to enhance the client's capabilities as a senior team member transitions to other projects. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will lead the implementation of new modules and recommend further system enhancements, boosting the HR systems’ capabilities and introducing new modules. As the HR team expands its scope, the HR Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in driving scalable and efficient process improvements and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage existing HR system modules, promptly addressing system releases, issues, errors, and updates.
Implement new HR modules and suggest further enhancements, improving system capabilities.
Research, configure, and test new HRIS modules and other HR systems, ensuring an optimal user experience.
Deliver detailed analytics and metrics from HR data to support HR functions.
Coordinate and configure integrations between HRIS and other business platforms.
Ensure seamless and user-friendly system functionality.
Administer and maintain security roles and access controls.
Provide technical support and general guidance to the HR Systems Analyst as needed.
Requirements:

Analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a curious and inquisitive nature.
Skilled in identifying efficiencies and promoting automation and technology.
Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
Capable of collaborating with operational leaders, technology teams, and finance/payroll teams.
Over 5 years of hands-on experience with HRIS system configuration and support.
Demonstrated understanding of HR functions, payroll processes, and related cyclical events.
Strong analytical skills related to data, business processes, and system functionality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information for various audiences.
Advanced Excel skills, particularly in Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
Experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors, UKG, Workday, or Dayforce.
SQL and Power BI skills are significant assets.
Working knowledge of change management principles.
Rewards:
The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $105,000, depending on experience, with a competitive performance-based bonus program. Highly qualified candidates may command a higher salary.
This is a term employment arrangement ending in July 2026, with potential for permanent employment based on long-term fit, as several HR systems projects are in the pipeline, including an LMS implementation. The term role includes full benefits, RSP matching, and a completion bonus.
