Founded in 2018, we knew we needed to do more. More for small businesses, and more for the changes that were happening all over the world. That’s when Olly Olly was born. We get how easy it is to get trapped in the whack-a-mole game of digital marketing — constantly popping your head up and engaging in the online world only to have to retreat back to focusing that energy on other parts of running a business. About The Team
Our SEO Content Implementation & Enhancement team consists of two specialized groups:
- The Implementation Team: This team is responsible for managing content during the creation of our clients' new websites. It has a tier structure that includes the Senior SEO Content Implementation Specialist, SEO Content Implementation Specialist, and Junior SEO Content Implementation Specialist.
- The Enhancement Team: this team takes charge of optimizing and improving the content of our clients websites during the lifetime of their campaign with us. It also has a tier structure that includes the Senior SEO Content Enhancement Specialist, SEO Content Enhancement Specialist, and Junior SEO Content Enhancement Specialist.
Led by the Manager of the SEO Content Implementation & Enhancement Team, both teams collaborate to ensure seamless integration and optimization of content throughout its lifecycle.
About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEO Content Enhancement Specialist to join our team. The Junior SEO Content Enhancement Specialist will assist in optimizing and refining content for our client’s websites while collaborating with the Senior and SEO Content Enhancement Specialists. They should have a willingness to learn, stay up to date with SEO Copywriting best practices, and be eager to learn and grow in the field of content optimization.

- Support the enhancement side of the department, responsible for optimizing and improving all content for our clients' websites.
- Implement on-page SEO optimization techniques, including metadescription optimization, and content structure improvements.
- Enhance website content to improve user experience and engagement while adhering to SEO Copywriting best practices.
- Contribute to the growth and success of client websites by delivering high-quality, search engine-friendly content.
- Work in a detail-oriented and dynamic environment that values continuous improvement and innovation.
- Gain exposure to on-page SEO optimization techniques and strategies and stay up to date with the latest SEO Copywriting best practices and industry trends.
- Expand your knowledge of content optimization and develop a deep understanding of how it impacts organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with experienced Senior and SEO Content Enhancement Specialists, benefiting from their expertise and guidance.
- Have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and SEO specialists, fostering a well-rounded skillset.

What We Offer
- Salary: $600 USD/month
- Work From Home
- Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm U.S. Central Standard Time; Monday - Friday (weekends off)
- 15 PTO Days + 8 Company Holidays
