Reporting to the Director, Operations, the Implementation and Online Booking Tool (OBT) Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing continuous support and optimization of internal systems and processes.This dynamic position involves the integration of cutting-edge technology to streamline operations and elevate service standards. With a focus on innovation and customer-centric solutions, the Manager will lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee, manage, and assess online booking tool (OBT) implementations from inception to launch, offering ongoing support post-deployment
- Assist in facilitating technology adoption and maintenance for clients
- Mid-office support (Cornerstone experience is a plus)
- Assist operations team with researching and resolving client enquiries
- Support Client Relationship Manager in preparation of quarterly/yearly reviews
- Assist in loading and testing of vendor contracts through GDS
- Support with routine or ad hoc client credit reports, as needed
- Oversee Client Service Log
- Assist with agent queues (commission checks) as needed
- TMC agent backup if needed when required
- Other tasks as requested
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate travel
- GDS experience in Sabre 360, ideally Native
- Experience with Sabre Profile Templates
- Experience in working with OBT (Concur/DEEM, etc) setup
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, analytical, and shows the ability to multi-task
- Experience using Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
