we acquire distressed real estate from sellers and sell those distressed properties to buyers that purchase, renovate, and sell/rent/ or owner finance them. We specialize in the distressed real estate market, meaning we focus on looking at houses that are either in distressed condition or in a distressed situation. We strive to make the purchase and sale of the properties a win-win for all involved, and focus on helping our agents to create a sales network for both sides of the business. With that in mind this is primarily an outside sales position with a lot of time in the field coupled with some inside sales where we build our buyers network to sell the properties to.
