Protera Technologies is looking to add a Country Delivery Center Manager for its location in Athens, Greece. Our services focus on total customer satisfaction with dedicated points of contact and experts that know our customers’ environments in depth.Responsibilities:· Plans, manages, and oversees the daily functions, operations, projects, and other activities of the Athens, Greece location· Participates in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities· Develop and implement a clear and effective country strategy aligned with the company’s global objectives· Aid in managing the country’s budget and ensure cost-effective operations· Develop and maintain metrics for the teams to monitor and promote continuous improvements in efficiency and quality of customer service· Interact with the business to understand their needs and to anticipate ways in which technological solutions can enhance the business processes· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, stakeholders and most importantly the global team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field such as computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a delivery management, administrative, or technical management role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Experience with an IT service provider, preferably experience within a MSP.
- The ability to operate in a global environment
