  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities to motivate, mentor, and guide sales teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective leadership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address sales challenges and optimize processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong time-management skills to manage multiple sales projects and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
