Job Description
Logiwa is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our technology team. Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for conducting manual software testing and quality assurance for applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop test cases based on the test design
- Perform manual functional testing
- Prepare test data
- Regularly check the system for defects or issues
- Execute manual tests and review the results
- Report and document defects or issues to the development team
- Assist in troubleshooting
- Submit daily progress reports
- Review and analyze the system specification
What we're looking for:
- BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or IT related fields
- 2-3 years of experience in understanding/applying manuel testing methodologies, processes and SDLC
- Have basic SQL, Web Service (SOAP, Postman etc) knowledge and experience,
- Experience in working with test management system and tools used in manual testing like Testrail, Jira, Xray, Qase …
- Knowledge of quality mindset about test pyramid
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Preferably have an ISTQB certificate
- Fluent in English is a plus
- Good problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- Great team player.

Location & Working Model
We are working in a full remote model. We have physical offices in İstanbul(Ataşehir Nidakule Kolektif House) where team members can get together and work collaboratively on a volunteer basis.
