The Strategy Assistant is responsible for supporting the Strategy team across our offices to provide the best level of service to Sales, Account Managers and Clients.

Responsibilities:


  • Work with Strategists to:
  • Develop responses to RFPs including 
  • Completing creating decks to ensure they are visually appealing and accurate, with a deliberate flow between sections, etc. 
  • Curating targeting strategy for reaching the client’s target audience including sample channel lists, precision targeting lists and additional details as necessary
  • Researching recommended pricing for applicable products and learn the implications of targeting and Channel Factory offerings on pricing
  • Forecast inventory, scale, reach and budget including assessing channel list scale 
  • Create and maintain Salesforce opportunities ensuring they are accurate and updated as plans are revised
  • Volunteer assistance across the team, and potentially beyond
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements


  • Fluency in English both written and verbal
  • 0-1 years of experience at a digital media agency or ad tech publisher/advertising sales organization in an intern, assistant digital media planner, or assistant Strategist / Sales Planner role, with a strong understanding of media math and terminology
  • Familiarity with digital video advertising in an auction marketplace such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, or similar platform is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs is a must!
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform is a plus!
  • Organized work process and detail-oriented.
