About You:
NinjaTrader is seeking a skilled Product Recruiter to join our HR department and play a key role in expanding our Product teams.Being a growth-stage industry leader means consistent and strategic hiring. The recruitment team at NinjaTrader is hyper-focused on putting the right candidates in the right roles to ensure long-term employee and company success.As a recruiter at NinjaTrader, you can expect to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will own the recruitment process and manage the hiring manager and candidate experiences through the full lifecycle.
While you will primarily own open Product roles, there will be opportunity to assist with hiring in various other departments including Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Strategy, Human Resources, Compliance & Risk, and more.This opportunity is perfect for agency technical or product recruiters aiming to transition to in-house positions or any experienced technical or product recruiter hoping to make a greater impact on a quickly growing organization.
In this role, you will:
- Own and manage the recruitment lifecycle including Sourcing, Screening and Presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Own and execute the sourcing strategy for newly opened positions, including prioritizing passive sourcing where needed
- Draw from your unique experiences supporting product teams to lend your expertise to hiring managers and recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements and expectations
- Assist hiring managers with creation of Job Description creation to ensure ad success
- Organize interview teams and internal communications to promote alignment and efficiency during the interview process
- Assist hiring teams with creation of interview scorecards to eliminate bias and improve structure
- Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout job lifecycle
- Propose creative solutions to pipeline deficiencies
- Manage set up and maintenance of our ATS, Greenhouse, for assigned roles
- Provide recommendations to hiring managers regarding compensation and offer details
- Deliver verbal job offers to selected candidates and ensure seamless onboarding experience
- Keep a pulse on market trends and research compensation regularly to keep NinjaTrader competitive
- Support NinjaTrader’s non-technical hiring initiatives, as needed
Key Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of full-cycle product or technical recruiting experience or 2+ years of product sourcing experience
- Understands necessary product skillsets in Product Management, UX, Product Design and Project Management roles.
- Proven experience with delivering job offers and handling negotiations
- Experience building talent pipelines from scratch using multiple sources and strategies
- Familiarity and understanding of laws associated with hiring and interviewing
- Thorough understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and experience managing each stage
- Experience owning Hiring Manager relationship
- Experience using Greenhouse is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing job offers and communicating expectations
- Dynamic and able to adapt to the candidate in front of you
