Case Coordinator, Ireland to join our Ireland Immigration team,working 100% from home anywhere in the UK. Reporting to the Director of Immigration, Ireland, our ImmigrationCase Coordinator, Irelandis responsible for supporting the Ireland immigration team with processing of consular cases, documents, and straight forward cases (under supervision).
As our Immigration Case Coordinator, Ireland, you will be required to: - Ensure the effective maintenance of client and internal records via use of the case management system and other internal systems.
- Prepare/draft applications for Case Managers.
- Collaborate and work closely with Case Managers on various aspects of work authorization and other immigration matters.
- Set up new case initiations and assessments as directed by Team Lead and Immigration Manager.
- Assist Case Managers in closing cases in accordance with SOP.
- Manage outbound visa cases and prepare applications and documents for filing.
- Communicate with consulates and Embassies to clarify guidance notes/request application update and/or escalate applications.
- Attend and participate in client and vendor calls as needed.
- Other administrative and coordination duties as assigned.
To APPLY for this role, you must possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications: - Minimum 2+ years of immigration experience with a preference for corporate/business immigration.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Preference and genuine interest working within the field of global immigration.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
- Additional language knowledge is desirable but not essential.
- Strong desire to learn and excel in a dynamic growing team.
- Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of relevant tasks.
- Pride in your work product and desire for continued personal career growth.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
