Principal Integration Architect, WMS


We are seeking an experienced integration architect to lead our WMS integrations strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing integration solutions involving APIs, partner solutions, order management systems and eCommerce store & carrier connections. The role demands a proactive individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain integration connectors that meet our Customer’s business and technical requirements.

What You’ll Do


  • Define and prioritize the integration, focusing on delivering solutions that enhance Customer acquisition and their experience.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and release of integration offerings in collaboration with product development and partners.
  • Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for API interfaces, store integrations, carrier connectivity, and order management systems.
  • Create robust documentation sets for integration connectors and offerings
  • Conduct market research and gather feedback from stakeholders to continually refine integration strategies.
  • Monitor integration performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines.
  • Manage risks and resolve issues that affect the integration roadmap and project timelines.

You Have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or a similar role, with a focus on software or system integrations.
  • Strong understanding of API design, OMS, E-commerce channels & integrations, and EDI standards.
  • Proven experience working with WMS and OMS systems
  • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead projects across multiple teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
