You will be a member of the team that owns multiple projects end to end. You will design enterprise-level UI and work with developers on a day-to-day basis. We know that the end result is a combination of great design and impeccable implementation, and we strive to excel at both.Please note: all interview stages are run remotely

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design world-class enterprise UI, product structure, and functionalities based on business strategy and requirements
  • Architect, create, and deliver new features and functionality
  • Drive the requirements and own the UX process end-to-end
  • Think long-term and represent both user, business, and production team perspectives throughout all product development phases
  • Identify unnecessary complexity and remove it
  • Experience in following, applying, teaching, and maintaining a company Design Systems 

Required Qualifications:


  • At least around 3 years of experience as a UX/UI
  • Ability to run the entire UX design process. A UX portfolio/case study is expected.
  • Experience with designing enterprise-level UI
  • Experience working in digital media or advertising will be a strong asset

Salary ranges vary based on location: $160,000-185,000 (NY/NJ/CA/CO) + bonus + equity + benefits; $75,000-88,000 (NY/NJ/CA/CO); $23-$27 per hour.3.
