Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business partners and opportunities to develop new contacts.
- Manage the distribution of new leads to the Sales team.
- Conduct analysis regarding the competitive landscape and assists the Account Management team with insights to develop bids.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and update collateral and online marketing efforts.
- Report previous sales trends, current sales status, and forecast upcoming projects
- Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to capture future business
- At the direction of the leadership team, assist with the development of new market initiatives for business opportunities.
- Develop solutions for a business development framework and work with the CSO to implement a structure that will partner with Marketing and Account Managers
- Responsible for driving the continuous improvement of the sales and business development teams.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of demonstrated success in a Business Development or Sales Management role.
- Experience managing customer leads by leveraging company CRM.
- Experience leading a team of Account Managers or Business Development Representatives.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- High energy, self-starter, and goal oriented. Eager to meet and exceed goals and targets.
- Comfortable making group presentations to customers.
- Valid Driver's License
