Responsibilities:


  • Identify potential business partners and opportunities to develop new contacts.
  • Manage the distribution of new leads to the Sales team.
  • Conduct analysis regarding the competitive landscape and assists the Account Management team with insights to develop bids.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and update collateral and online marketing efforts.
  • Report previous sales trends, current sales status, and forecast upcoming projects
  • Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to capture future business
  • At the direction of the leadership team, assist with the development of new market initiatives for business opportunities.
  • Develop solutions for a business development framework and work with the CSO to implement a structure that will partner with Marketing and Account Managers
  • Responsible for driving the continuous improvement of the sales and business development teams.

Requirements:


  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in a Business Development or Sales Management role.
  • Experience managing customer leads by leveraging company CRM.
  • Experience leading a team of Account Managers or Business Development Representatives.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, follow-up, and documentation skills.
  • High energy, self-starter, and goal oriented. Eager to meet and exceed goals and targets.
  • Comfortable making group presentations to customers.
  • Valid Driver's License
