Job Summary


This position is responsible for overseeing the Product Marketing team and initiatives associated with promoting the Dearborn Group Ancillary Product Solutions by creating and delivering product marketing plans; developing and deploying Dearborn Group’s overall Product Marketing strategy; leading and refining the Product Marketing experience; coaching and developing a Product Marketing team in an effort to launch and promote awareness and education of the products; ensuring alignment to business strategy via cross-functional collaboration with departmental leaders including communications, sales, underwriting, and product; determining measurable success of product marketing initiatives by creating, implementing, measuring and reporting on metrics/KPIs of specific product marketing initiatives and programs.

Required Job Qualifications: 


  • Bachelor’s in Journalism, Writing, Marketing, Communications, Business, or Graphic Design and 5 years of experience in communications, marketing or product marketing OR 9 years of experience in writing, marketing and communication activities.
  • 1 year of management or leadership experience
  • Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • PC proficiency to include MS O365
  • Self-starter with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative, analytical and organizational skills. 
  • Experience collaborating across functional groups.  
  • Detailed oriented. 
  • Product marketing experience.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high workload environment. 
  • Experience interfacing with senior management. 
  • Team building skills. 
  • Project Management skills.

Preferred Job Qualifications:


  • Master’s in Journalism or Communications.
  • Knowledge of Dearborn Group products.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Knowledge of various print, photo video production, and graphic design.
  • Web and social media experience.

Base Pay Range

$88,700.00 - $160,200.00
