Backed by First American Financial Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, Endpoint has secured $220 million in funding and has operations across the US.Endpoint is looking for a Manager, Functional Business Systems who is responsible for leading a team of functional analysts, managing day-to-day operations, prioritizing tasks, and fostering team development.

The Functional Business Systems team is responsible for requirements gathering, workflow implementation, system configurations, addressing issues, driving process improvements, and rolling out new features to our operations. This team works closely with our Operations teams to roll out workflow changes that directly impact our customers.*We are open to remote candidates for this role

As a Manager, Functional Business Systems, you will use your skills to:


  • Lead a team of Functional Analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including task assignments and workload prioritization.
  • Oversee capturing workflow requirements, system configurations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize business requirements and projects.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development opportunities to team members.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Coordinate with other teams for cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Interact with our global teams for level 1 support and coverage.
  • Other duties as assigned.

You'll come to Endpoint with:


  • Expert-level understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile practices.
  • Proficiency in system architecture design, configuration tools, and best practices.
  • Experience and working knowledge in the title and escrow industry a plus.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail with expeditious execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess intellectual curiosity, having the ability to see beyond what the customers want to deliver what they need.
  • Work well under pressure, meet deadlines, organize workload, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience or 6+ years of experience in systems configuration and support, with demonstrated leadership in complex projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Complexities and impactLeads manage a team of analysts, ensuring operational efficiency, team development, and alignment with business goals.Supervision Needed / ExpectedExpected to lead the team independently and collaborate with senior management; minimal supervision is needed.

  • We offer competitive compensation; base pay is one part of your total compensation package in addition to an annual bonus.
  • The Manager, Functional Business Systems role pays between $145,000 and $193,325 per year and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience.

This hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of posting and is subject to change.
