Senior Manager Consultants:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager to join our team as a Workiva ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Solution Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Workiva ESG solution for our clients, ensuring seamless integration, and delivering exceptional value. This role requires a deep understanding of the Workiva platform, strong project management skills, and the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholder groups.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in the Workiva platform, ESG consulting, or a related field.
What you will be doing:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Workiva ESG solution for clients.
Conduct assessments and develop tailored implementation plans.
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze ESG data and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Configure the Workiva platform to meet client-specific requirements.
Contribute to ESG advisory engagements, including double materiality assessments, gap assessments, and other services as needed.
Provide training and support to clients on the use of the Workiva ESG solution.
Provide training, oversight, and support to Embark team members executing on engagements.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Identify and address potential risks and issues throughout the implementation process.
Stay updated on industry trends, ESG developments, and best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other Embarkers.
Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
To be a good fit, you will have:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, etc.).
Extensive experience with the Workiva platform
Knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, etc.).
Proficiency in data management, analytics, and reporting.
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and software integration.
Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
Understanding of financial and non-financial reporting processes.
Ability to travel - up to 75%.
Added bonus if you have:
Workiva Certification(s) or equivalent experience with the platform.
Professional certifications such as SASB FSA, GRI Certification, and/or CPA are highly desirable.
