About the Opportunity ✍️


The Global Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing our comprehensive total rewards strategy. This role includes overseeing performance management cycles, assisting with new hire offers, and administering benefits programs both in Europe and the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global compensation and benefit programs, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

What you will do…


Performance Management:


  • Lead and manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and communication with Exec on budget and adequacy of leaders recommendations Develop and implement performance management tools and processes that align with company objectives.

  • Manage and update our pay benchmarking tool and propose improvements

  • Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance management practices.

Compensation:


  • Assist with the development and implementation of competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to craft and review new hire offer packages.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.

  • Lead midyear and year end performance review cycles

  • Partner with finance to ensure all pay review initiatives fit budgets

Benefits Administration:


  • Oversee the administration of global benefits programs, including health, parental leave, retirement, wellness, and other employee benefits.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

  • Manage relationships with benefits providers and vendors.

  • Partner with AP to ensure timely invoicing

  • Partner with Finance to ensure benefit programs align to budgets

Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

  • Prepare and present reports on total rewards programs, including cost analysis and employee feedback.

Compliance and Policy Management:


  • Ensure compliance with global, federal, state, and local compensation and benefits regulations.

  • Develop and update total rewards policies and procedures.

Employee Communication:


  • Communicate total rewards programs and policies to employees effectively.

  • Address employee inquiries and provide support on compensation and benefits matters.

Equity Program Management


  • Partner with Legal and Stock Admin teams to ensure competitive and responsible equity program management

What you will need…



  • 5 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits administration.

  • Strong understanding of global compensation and benefits practices and regulations.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in WorkDay and compensation analysis tools ideally PAVE.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including being able to interact with senior executives

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
