Avant is growing its Growth Strategy team in Chicago. We are looking for a self-starter to support our strategic partnerships. The Senior Analyst of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for supporting partner engagement and launching of new business development opportunities across our multi-product customer offerings.
What you do at Avant:
Support management of key bank partner relationships by developing partner-specific subject matter expertise, and being able to both anticipate partner needs and provide the solutions
Work directly with bank partners to ensure that both customer-facing operations and internal processes are run efficiently and to specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate implementation of partner-driven initiatives
Monitor partner success by routine performance tracking
Build reporting and KPIs for quarterly business reviews, performance tracking and management
Become an expert across Avant’s product and partner solution capabilities
Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape
Why you are a fit for Avant:
BA/BS Degree
2-4 years in product management, strategic partnerships, management consulting and/or FinTech
Ambitious self-starter, who will deliver results
Demonstrated leadership in delivering results with cross-functional teams
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong decision making, problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to handle and execute on complex projects in a fast paced environment with limited supervision and successfully meet established deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or corresponding Google applications
SQL experience strongly preferred
