Your Role:


The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for the developing and executing all aspects of our digital marketing strategy in alignment with the organization’s overall growth goals.   With a proven track record in performance and growth marketing, you will bring expertise in digital growth strategies, digital marketing channels, and the ability to analyze data to inform strategy. You will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of CEA CAPA's digital marketing efforts from strategy, to creative, to operations. 

What You’ll Do:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our company goals and objectives.
  • Elevate CEA CAPA’s brand awareness while ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Drive market differentiation through strategic initiatives that resonate with our target audience. 
  • Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
  • Identifies new market segments that will benefit from company products.
  • Manage the strategic direction of the company’s digital marketing efforts including SEO, email marketing, social media, content marketing to drive lead generation.
  • Build and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI.
  • Communicate the brand vision and strategy to stakeholders and ensure it is understood and embraced across the organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with program development teams to create effective go-to-market strategies for new and existing education abroad programs.

What Makes a Great Candidate:


  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in in marketing roles, with 3+ years’ experience in a team leadership role
  • Prior experience with both B2B and B2B marketing channels; experience with B2B2C preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and best practices
  • Empowerment of team members by encouraging autonomy, creativity, and decision-making within defined boundaries
  • Demonstrated ability to approach problems with creativity and innovation
