In this role, your primary focus will revolve around creating robust and resilient solutions with an unwavering commitment to quality and reliability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, a comparable program, or an equivalent experience qualification.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to support scalable and reliable applications.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Monitor system performance and reliability; implement effective monitoring and alerting solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure code deployments are streamlined and reliable.
- Implement security best practices throughout the CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing DevOps processes and tools.
