You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to build and support a notary signing agent panel. You will also collaborate with our internal business partners to create and implement notary standards and practices, process improvements and increase efficiencies as we scale. Overall, we are looking for a self-driven, proactive and talented achiever who wants to grow their career and manage third-party relationships with service providers.
As a Partner Management Analyst , you will use your skills to:
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for our notary signing agent panel
- Forecast resources needed for scalability
- Evaluate reports that depict notary performance and make business decisions regarding volume allocation
- Recruit, onboard and coach notary signing agents nationwide
- Make recommendations to the business for panel staffing
- Identify technology needs to communicate to product designers and engineers
- Troubleshoot technical issues notaries and clients have when using the the Jot application
- Create and implement notary training and communication
- Assist the business with new process and technology rollouts
- Handle post-closing issues and invoice reconciliation
- Monitor Jot application to ensure notary scheduling and order fulfillment
- Any other duties needed to help drive business initiates, fulfill our mission, and abide by ourOrganizationʼs Core Values.

You'll come to Endpoint with:
- 2+ years of experience in partner management or loan document execution as a certified notary preferred

- We offer competitive compensation: Base pay is one part of your total compensation package in addition to annual bonus. This role pays between $72,000 and $85,000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience.
