Overview:
The Bonadio Group is seeking a Payroll Auditor in the Assurance Division in their Rochester, New York office. This person will work directly with Partners and other payroll auditors on payroll consulting engagements including, but not limited to, organized labor and collective bargaining processes.Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Partners and other Payroll auditors for successful completion of 60+ payroll consulting engagements on an annual basis
- Responsible for communications with contractors and Fund Office personnel
- Coordination with Audit Partner and Payroll Partner to effectively communicate the status of all engagements affecting financial statement audits
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum associates degree in accounting, finance or other business
- Preferred experience and understanding of collective bargaining agreements and payroll
- 30% travel to client sites located primarily in Rochester, NY
Qualities desired that will ensure success within the role:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, take direction, and be able to work independently
- Excellent time management skills including planning and prioritizing
The salary range for this opportunity is between $45,000 - $55,000 commensurate with experience.
Hours Of Operation:
- Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
- Our summer hours are Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
- We pride ourselves on flexibility; however there may be times when additional hours are needed
