As an Associate for Avant’s Loan business, you will leverage analytics and technical skills to solve major business challenges. You will team with enthusiastic colleagues across different functions to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line. You will provide management insights that will influence critical business decisions.
What you do at Avant:
Develop and execute loan product strategies and roadmaps
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis
Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights
Prepare and present detailed analysis to senior management to guide decision making
Build, manage and drive growth with existing strategic and affiliate partners
Use data-drive approach to access channel performance and track KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful initiative execution
Required Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Economics or related field
3+ years of experience in product strategy or business analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with analytics concepts such as databases, programming, statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization
Proficient in Excel, SQL, Python and Looker
Ability to work cross-functionally to drive initiatives and achieve business objectives.
