Your Role:


The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for leading all of CEA CAPA’s digital marketing initiatives, including strategizing and implementing digital campaigns, improving the digital lead generation funnel, and managing a lean digital marketing team.  With a data-driven approach, you will optimize performance and return on investment by possessing a deep understanding of digital marketing dynamics, including paid search, SEO, email, and social media strategies.  We are seeking a strategic and creative thinker with excellent analytical skills, ability to create compelling creative content, and experience with various digital marketing trends and best practices. 

What You’ll Do:


  • Manage and improve lead generation funnel including Paid Search, Paid Social, OTT, SEO, Salesforce campaigns, and other digital channels. 
  • Strategize and execute digital media campaigns and promotions to meet specific marketing objectives (e.g., product launches, brand awareness, lead generation). 
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs; evaluate for continuous improvement. 
  • Oversee the Social Media Coordinator ensuring timely development and cohesive overall strategy of organic social content. 
  • Manage team of paid and unpaid advocates including influencers, campus interns, and parent creators. 
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments to test channel, spend, CTAs, targeting, and other factors that may influence audience behavior. 
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. 
  • Collaborate with Web Development to enhance design, navigation, accessibility, and funnel conversion opportunities using UI/UX principles. 

Starting Salary: $70,000 


What Makes a Great Candidate:


  • Bachelor’s degree; ideally in Marketing, Business, or a related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related space 
  • At least 1 year experience managing others 
  • Proven experience in leading digital marketing strategy and managing digital marketing channels including social media, paid search, SEO/SEM, website, and/or display advertising 
  • Experience using CRM databases preferred, especially Salesforce preferred 
  • Experience using analytic tools within the Google and Meta Suite preferred 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach
