Job Summary
This Position Is Responsible For Facilitating The Optimization Of Business Process Changes In Alignment With Corporate Strategy, Business Objectives, And Customer Expectations. Responsibilities Include Documenting Current State Processes, Analyzing Gaps, Designing Future State Processes, And Developing Process Performance Metrics, In Collaboration With The Business And It. Additionally, This Position Will Be Supporting Change Management Activities, Researching Best Practices, And Championing The Organization*S Commitment To Process Optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of experience, or 10 years of experience in process improvement, change management, business transformation, or similar role
- Experience leading or managing cross-functional business transformation initiatives
- Proficient in value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and waste identification
- Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience with Lean, DMAIC, and other tools
- Experience applying Change Management principles and methodologies
- Ability to influence outcomes and shape work without ownership or control
- Strong project management skills and experience in agile delivery
- Analytical abilities, including basic data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
- PMP certification
- Prosci or CCMP certification
- Experience with Minitab or other statistical analysis software
- Insurance industry experience
