Medisolv’s marketing team is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator who has a varied skillset related to all aspects of marketing.
The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to focus on the design, execution and operations of Medisolv’s lead acquisition processes, marketing automation solutions, and event logistics. The individual will be comfortable with quickly switching between varying tasks including graphic design, website editing, campaign implementation, demand generation, and event logistics (virtual and onsite planning).The successful candidate has exceptional initiative and creativity as well as a proven record of implementing strategic campaigns.
This is a fast-paced role wherein the individual will need to be highly capable of operating and excelling with a small marketing team and is willing to take on a variety of tasks each week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production and execution of marketing campaigns. Tasks could include:
- Working in the CRM to draft and publish blogs, website pages, landing pages, emails and campaign workflows.
- Constructing workflows to target contacts for campaigns.
- Coordinating all aspects of monthly webinars and weekly product demos such as:
- Scheduling with Medisolv SMEs
- Setting up promotional emails and campaign workflows
- Harvesting contact lists
- Acting as the moderator and following up
- Coordinating onsite tradeshow logistics for all company participants.
- Design Medisolv marketing resources and imagery which can include:
- Long format design documents
- eBooks
- Collateral material
- Calendars and checklists
- Featured images
- Social media grapics
- Power points presentations and slide shows
- Assist with demand generation activities to drive conversions of qualified leads to prospects and drive growth for the marketing team.
- Maintain and update the Medisolv web site, including content and back-end site management, landing page and forms creation and editing.
- Other company activities as directed.
