Senior Director, Distribution & Growth Programs

What will you be doing:


The Continuum of Care (CoC) Sr. Director of Distribution & Growth Programs owns the sales enablement, strategy, execution oversight, and leadership of our go-to-market strategy with key distributors for the Continuum of Care Business. The Sr. Director will also be responsible for leading the team that identifies, develops, and executes on key CoC Growth Programs such as the commercialization of Premier SmartPO and Remitra. The Sr. Director will act as a player/coach, leading their National Account Directors, while also engaging directly with targeted executive stakeholders at key CoC distributors and the leadership teams (CEO, CRO, COO) from our largest members/Channel Partners to develop and enable commercial strategies in partnership with CoC distribution partners, to ensure the adoption of competitive and comprehensive distribution solution(s) across the CoC market segments.  This is a sales/account management role designed to support the growth of new CoC membership through key CoC distributors and drive revenue growth through identified and yet to be identified Growth programs.


  • Drive alignment across Premier Channel Partners, our major distribution partners, and our mutual members

  • Work cross-functionally to simplify contract tier pricing visibility, activation opportunities, and fulfillment requirements with CoC Suppliers

  • Develop Channel Partner growth strategies and reporting for focus classes of trade

Key Responsibilities


Account Management & Sales Enablement


  • Act as the Premier CoC single threaded owner for major, national distribution partners

  • Navigate internal and external matrixed organizations to make Premier “easy to do business with”

  • Enable distribution field sales teams by attending team meetings and key training events to educated the audience on selling the value of Premier

  • Participate in and own the actions of quarterly steering committee meetings from major distribution partners

Strategy & Program Management


  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity and enable execution across distribution field sales teams

  • Understand and articulate Premier’s core differentiation and value-added services (i.e. Premier SmartPO) that help differentiate our distribution partners

  • Develop class of trade (COT) specific strategies and playbooks that enable distribution sales teams to sell the value of Premier

Administrative


  • Access various internal and external data sources to provide insights and reporting to distribution partner leaders

  • Act as the single point of contact for Premier CoC and simplify organizational complexity for distribution field sales teams

  • Audit strategy and program performance and log growth opportunities in CRM

Supplier Coordination


  • Coordinate closely with dedicated Premier operations resources at major distribution partners to action the insights provided by opportunity analysis

  • Identify portfolio gaps by COT

  • Work cross functionally with Premier’s contracting team members to close contracting gaps exposed by distribution partners

Jobs are sedentary if movement is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees.

Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $125,000 - $231,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location.
