About the Role
The Sales Program plays a key role in BrowserStack, which will drive activities across the board to drive pipeline and revenue generation for one or more of the products to drive growth.Would be a part of a team but would be a single point of contact for coordination between teams to ensure timely and continuous execution. The person will be responsible for orchestrating all action items across the various teams and making sure all teams have updated flow of info / insights and driving A/B tests across various teams.
The role includes but is not limited to the points below.
- Identify gaps in the planned path to revenue - either during pipeline generation or pipe progression. Based on data - create insights-driven plans to cover up on the shortfalls identified.
- Responsible for helping the sales organization achieve its quarterly pipeline and revenue goals. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for enabling the sales organization with the critical data needed to create strategies for pursuing territories and target install base accounts.
- Creative ideation of programs to solve priority concerns, considering focus areas based on management input, drive behavioral patterns as well as encourage/influence overall output in order to meet yearly sales goals.
- Work with the segment sales leaders to understand segment specific needs and support them with programs to accelerate pipegen/ revenue creation for new products.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on a consolidated demand generation plan and calendar to meet pipeline generation targets, taking into account sales priorities and strategy and coordinating these plans across the support teams, including Enablement, Strategy, Sales Development, Key Accounts, and Industries
- Prioritization of activities and Campaigns through analysis and coordination of the Sales Programs and Marketing teams, business priorities, and focus.
- Monthly briefing to review the results, activities, process and future objectives; recommending improvements.
- Works actively on retro sessions with various groups of sales team members to gather continuous feedback.
- Operational tasks like creating reports, dashboards, confluence pages, trackers etc would be a regular part of the role for efficient tracking.
