This position is hybrid and remote eligible up to 40% of the time. The office location for this position is at ESL Corporate Headquarters in Rochester, NY. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.
Pay:
Starting Pay: $98,000 Pay Range: $86,642 - $109,227

ESL has an immediate opportunity to join our purpose driven, inclusive and people-oriented organization as an Organizational Effectiveness and Change Specialist. In this role, you will identify and implement best practices to enable organizational and talent success across ESL. This role will collaborate and work cross-functionally providing expertise and guidance on strategic organizational design, job description development, skill identification and mapping, and change management initiatives to help teams be adaptable to meet current and future business goals.

What you bring with you
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Organization Development, Human Resource Development, or related field required
- Minimum of 5 years’ related experience in organization development, organization design and development, or human resource job design/development required
- Proven ability to develop and implement competency, skill and capacity building programs required
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to consult with and advise all levels of the organization required
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities required
- Proficiency with Windows based PCs, including operational knowledge of software applications required
- Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills required
- Demonstrates alignment with ESL’s Core Values, mission, vision, and Purpose to help our community thrive and prosper
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in organizational design theories, concepts and frameworks preferred
- Expertise in organizational change management methodologies, principles, practices, and processes preferred
- Working knowledge of adult learning competencies including needs assessment, instructional design, presentation, group facilitation, a variety of delivery methodologies, and learning transfer measurement preferred
