The Sr. Salesforce Administrator/Salesforce Platform Architect is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing First American’s cloud-based technologies, with a primary focus on the Salesforce.com application.
- Implement, maintain and enhance Salesforce.com platform and related SaaS applications
- Evaluate and scope the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and upstream/downstream applications
- Assess and recommend new applications and technologies for the business
- Identify, diagnose and resolve problems within the Salesforce.com environment
- Adhere to and strengthen Change Management, Secure Code Development, Access Management, IT Operations processes and controls, maintaining the security and integrity of our environment
- Manage and execute Salesforce deployments using best practices in DevOps and version control
- Organize and perform unit testing, system testing, and regression testing, where applicable
- Train users on new and existing features within Salesforce.com and other SaaS applications
Requirements:
- 4+ years related Salesforce.com experience
- Salesforce.com certification(s) required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $135,000.Compensation offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education and, where applicable, certifications obtained.
