As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our marketing strategies for Credit Card and Personal Loan products by providing insights through data analysis and executing campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize our marketing efforts. You will support the team in helping craft overall marketing strategies and executing on those strategies. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple marketing channels and to work closely with the product team within Card and Loan. The ideal candidate will be an eager, motivated self-starter who is willing to dive in and learn anything they may not be an expert at currently.
What you do
Conduct comprehensive market analysis and provide actionable insights for marketing Credit Card and Personal Loan products
Develop and maintain detailed marketing dashboards and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing campaigns
Work closely with product team to make sure marketing materials are up-to-date with latest pricing strategy and disclosures
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements for optimization
Build business cases for new marketing initiatives
Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities
Present findings to senior management and stakeholders
Why you're a fit
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of experience in marketing, product, and/or analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Financial services and/or start-up experience
Desired experience
Direct Mail marketing experience
Experience in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python)
Experience with Looker or Tableau
Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Braze, CDP’s)
