Job description:


In this role, you will join a team supporting the Global Renewals Operations. The Ivanti Renewals business and team continues to grow in size and complexity QoQ and YoY and thus the importance of Renewals Operations support grows and is critical in the overall success. You'll play a critical role helping maintain and manage various Renewals team process playbooks, help support quoting operations and build complex renewal deals, helping to oversee, improve and debug various Renewal workflows, and connect those activities to accurate forecast projections, as well as analytics and reporting tasks on the status of Open as well as Closed renewal contracts and expansions.

You'll additionally maintain a critical role as liaison to internal Ivanti teams – Sales Operations, Order Management, Finance, AR, Customer Success, and Service Desk – driving CPQ and sales proposal creation through various automated techniques, combined with manual processes, as well as overseeing deployment requests that enable greater efficiency and speed for Ivanti Renewals organization and the customers we serve.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:


  • Work closely with Renewal Sales and Direct/Channel Sales to help meet or exceed the assigned sales projections and quotas for Ivanti Renewals by creating Opportunities/Quotes with accurate technical specifications within Salesforce CPQ
  • Primary resource for Renewal questions, process, quoting operations and data research.
  • Liaise cross-functionally with Renewal Sales Management, Finance, Channel Ops and Customer Support to ensure the complete success of global renewal sales strategies. Build and maintain relationships with Global Customers, Distributors, and Channel Partners (AMS, EMEA, APJ Region’s) to implement strategic GTM initiatives.
  • Pipeline clean-up and maintenance: Maintain CRM field accuracy and integrity for forecast/pipeline reports.
  • Monitor regional mailboxes for Renewals & Renewal cases and coordinate processing with internal teams.
  • Maintain ongoing reports and analytics for renewal pipeline, contracts and closures.
  • Assist with contract validation, quote creation and modification where needed for Renewals team members, and act as liaison with Sales Ops and Order Management as required.
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new projects; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements for Position:


  • Any Graduate and/or MBA in Operations/Marketing
  • 2-5 years of Sales/Renewal Operations, Quoting Operations, Order Management or Relationship Management experience.
  • Primarily, communicating and working with Customers/Channel Partners
  • Creating Opportunities/Quotes in an ERP system (NetSuite/ Salesforce CPQ is preferred)
  • 1-3 year of exposure working in Software Subscription/SaaS/IT Industry is preferred.
  • Having a good understanding of IT products and processes
  • Having a good understanding of business processes and tools.
  • Data oriented and exceptional attention to details.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, who can work both independently and with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Open to stretch working hours to help global operations, coordinate between various geographies.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred, with moderate to expert skills in report and dashboard creation.
  • Skilled – expert level preferred - in Excel, and the creation and use of pivot tables and vlookup
  • Knowledgeable with Powerpoint and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work a staggered shift overlapping with USA Pacific time zone
