Job Summary:


Reputation.com is helping businesses of all sizes take control of their online reputation, harnessing the power of online reviews and social media to build customer loyalty and increase revenue. We are seeking a Social Media Content Specialist who will find and develop relevant content for Enterprise customers, monitor engagement on social media and help develop and implement innovative campaigns. If you are ambitious and have solid social media for business skills and are passionate about it, then this is the position for you.This is an individual contributor, office-based role with little-to-no client-facing engagement.

Responsibilities:



  • Produce 200+ social media posts per week, including image design and copy.

  • Plan and execute strategic social media campaigns for a diverse portfolio of brands across social media platforms.

  • Measure and report against social media KPIs.

  • Grow follower volume and engagement for world-renowned brands.

  • Implement posting schedules and ensure adherence to social media guidelines, protocol and procedures.

  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Be a social media technical subject matter expert for leading platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

  • Evaluate new ad and content creation technologies and industry solutions to produce content at scale.

  • Prepare and present strategic social media recommendations including objectives, strategy and rationale.

  • Monitor and reply to comments on social media platforms on customers’ behalf.

  • Develop marketing and sales enablement resources as needed on an ad hoc basis, including but not limited to advertisements, PowerPoint slides, emails, logos, sales pdfs and landing pages.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:



  • 1+ years experience in multichannel content creation.

  • Ability to act with an optimistic and positive demeanor, articulate performance and process enhancements backed with data, shift daily priorities with little to no notice.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative self-starter who can work independently or on a team.

  • Organized, deadline driven, and able to manage multiple projects and engagements simultaneously.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with graphic/video design programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
