Project Manager, Sales Operations


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification preferred.

  • Experience:
  • Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project activities, tasks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial cross functional project-related communications.
  • Engage and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders at all levels to define project requirements and expectations.
  • Manage cross functional stakeholder feedback and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to enhance project outcomes.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success, proactively developing mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and assess project risks throughout the lifecycle, taking timely action to address and mitigate them as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders about project risks, ensuring transparency and alignment on risk management strategies.
  • Quality Assurance and Evaluation:
  • Define and enforce quality standards for project deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Solicit feedback from stakeholders to measure project success and identify lessons learned for future projects.
